Sermorelin is the working end of growth-hormone-releasing hormone — the first 29 amino acids, which carry all of the full hormone's activity. It's been a fixture of growth-axis research since the 1980s.

That long history is exactly the appeal: decades of published data make it the classical reference compound, the one labs benchmark newer GHRH analogues against.

Keep the sealed vials in the fridge and out of direct light — they’ll hold up for a long time that way. Once a vial is mixed, keep it refrigerated and use it within the window your protocol calls for.

Every batch we sell is tested by an independent U.S. lab before it goes up for sale — that report is the certificate of analysis, and a copy is included with every order. Want the one for your exact vial? Email the lot number printed on the label to [email protected] and we’ll send it over within one business day.

Don’t take our word for it.

Frequently asked questions.

No. Everything we sell is strictly for laboratory and research use. Every vial is labeled "research use only — not for human or veterinary use", and you'll be asked to agree to our research-use policy at checkout.
Every batch is sent to an independent U.S. lab before we sell a single vial of it. They measure how pure it actually is and confirm the compound is exactly what the label says. The number you see is the number they measured — we never copy figures from a supplier's paperwork.
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Every vial has a lot number printed on the label. Email that number to [email protected] and we'll send you the full report for your exact batch, charts included, within one business day.
Keep the sealed vials in the fridge and out of direct light — they'll hold up for a long time that way. Once a vial is mixed, keep it refrigerated and use it within the window your protocol calls for.
Orders placed before 2pm ET go out the same business day. Anything after that ships the next morning. Everything is packed in protective, unbranded packaging and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.
We ship across the United States, and shipping is tracked on every order. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay — no surprises added at the last step.
Email us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever you'd rather have. Every order is covered, so you're never stuck with a vial you can't use.
Yes. Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with nothing on the outside describing what's inside. Your billing statement simply shows our company name.
Of course. Email [email protected] with any question — about a specific compound, a lab report, or an order in progress — and a real person will get back to you, usually the same day, Monday through Friday.

What Sermorelin is.

Sermorelin is the business end of growth-hormone-releasing hormone: the first 29 of its 44 amino acids, which turn out to carry the full receptor activity of the parent hormone. That discovery — that GHRH(1-29) is as active as GHRH itself — is a classic of 1980s endocrinology, and sermorelin has been the field's reference GHRH fragment ever since.

It's deliberately unmodified. No stabilizing substitutions, no albumin anchor — just the minimal active sequence, which makes it the cleanest available proxy for the body's own GHRH signal.

Where the research points.

Sermorelin's short half-life — minutes, like native GHRH — is a feature, not a flaw. GHRH reaches the pituitary in pulses, and a fragment that appears and disappears quickly is exactly what pulsatile-signalling studies need. Decades of GH-axis work has been built on it: pituitary responsiveness assays, GHRH-receptor pharmacology, and benchmark arms in every generation of analogue-comparison studies.

That history is the appeal. When tesamorelin or CJC-1295 are characterized, sermorelin is the classical control they're measured against — the known quantity with forty years of literature behind it.

On the bench.

Verified at 98.9%+ purity by HPLC and supplied lyophilized with batch-level identity and endotoxin testing. Being unarmored, it deserves the careful end of standard handling: −20 °C lyophilized, reconstituted material cold and used promptly, freeze–thaw cycles minimized.

Within the growth line it defines the short-exposure pole; CJC-1295 defines the long one, tesamorelin the stabilized middle, and ipamorelin covers the same axis from the ghrelin-receptor side.

The published record runs deeper than any product page should. For the primary literature, browse Sermorelin studies on PubMed. For how every batch we sell is verified, see how we test.

Sermorelin — common questions.

No. Sermorelin is supplied strictly for laboratory research. It is not for human or veterinary use, and every order requires agreement to our research-use policy.

Because the fragment is the active part. GHRH(1-29) binds and activates the GHRH receptor as fully as the 44-amino-acid parent — the tail beyond residue 29 isn't needed for receptor activity — so the shorter, easier-to-synthesize fragment became the standard research molecule.

It's usually the reason it's chosen. The GH axis runs on pulses, and a short-lived fragment reproduces a pulse faithfully. Studies that need sustained exposure reach for tesamorelin or CJC-1295 instead — that's precisely the comparison the growth line is built for.

The current batch is 99.1% pure by HPLC, tested by an independent US laboratory before sale — along with identity confirmation and endotoxin screening below 0.5 EU/mg. The certificate of analysis is included with every order, and the report for any specific vial is available by emailing its lot number.

Sermorelin is available in 5mg and 10mg vials of lyophilized powder. Quantity discounts apply automatically at checkout.

Keep sealed vials frozen at −20 °C and away from light. Once reconstituted, hold the solution at 2–8 °C and use it within the window your laboratory protocol defines.
