CJC-1295 is a modified version of growth-hormone-releasing hormone, engineered to last. Its DAC modification lets it hitch onto proteins in the blood, stretching its activity from minutes into days.

Labs use it to study what sustained GHRH-receptor activation looks like over time — the long-exposure counterpart to the quick pulse of compounds like Ipamorelin and Sermorelin.

Keep the sealed vials in the fridge and out of direct light — they’ll hold up for a long time that way. Once a vial is mixed, keep it refrigerated and use it within the window your protocol calls for.

Every batch we sell is tested by an independent U.S. lab before it goes up for sale — that report is the certificate of analysis, and a copy is included with every order. Want the one for your exact vial? Email the lot number printed on the label to [email protected] and we’ll send it over within one business day.

Don’t take our word for it.

Frequently asked questions.

No. Everything we sell is strictly for laboratory and research use. Every vial is labeled "research use only — not for human or veterinary use", and you'll be asked to agree to our research-use policy at checkout.
Every batch is sent to an independent U.S. lab before we sell a single vial of it. They measure how pure it actually is and confirm the compound is exactly what the label says. The number you see is the number they measured — we never copy figures from a supplier's paperwork.
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Every vial has a lot number printed on the label. Email that number to [email protected] and we'll send you the full report for your exact batch, charts included, within one business day.
Keep the sealed vials in the fridge and out of direct light — they'll hold up for a long time that way. Once a vial is mixed, keep it refrigerated and use it within the window your protocol calls for.
Orders placed before 2pm ET go out the same business day. Anything after that ships the next morning. Everything is packed in protective, unbranded packaging and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.
We ship across the United States, and shipping is tracked on every order. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay — no surprises added at the last step.
Email us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever you'd rather have. Every order is covered, so you're never stuck with a vial you can't use.
Yes. Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with nothing on the outside describing what's inside. Your billing statement simply shows our company name.
Of course. Email [email protected] with any question — about a specific compound, a lab report, or an order in progress — and a real person will get back to you, usually the same day, Monday through Friday.

What CJC-1295 is.

CJC-1295 is growth-hormone-releasing hormone rebuilt for endurance. It starts from the active GHRH(1-29) fragment, adds four amino-acid substitutions that shield the chain from enzymatic attack, and finishes with the modification that defines it: DAC, a Drug Affinity Complex — a reactive linker that covalently hooks the peptide onto serum albumin the moment it reaches the blood.

Riding albumin changes everything about the molecule's lifetime. Native GHRH survives minutes; albumin circulates for weeks. The result is a GHRH signal measured in days, which no unmodified analogue can produce.

Where the research points.

CJC-1295 exists to answer a specific class of question: what does sustained GHRH-receptor activation look like? The pituitary normally receives GHRH in pulses; published work with CJC-1295 examines what happens to GH and IGF-1 dynamics when that input is held elevated over long windows instead — and, interestingly, has reported that GH pulsatility persists under it.

It's the long-exposure pole of the GHRH toolkit. Study designs place it opposite sermorelin (short, pulsatile) or tesamorelin (stabilized but not albumin-bound), letting duration itself become the experimental variable.

On the bench.

Supplied lyophilized at 99.0%+ verified purity with batch identity and endotoxin screening. The DAC linker's reactivity is part of the molecule's design — handle reconstituted material promptly and cold, and avoid thiol-containing buffers, which can quench the linker before it does its job.

Store lyophilized at −20 °C away from light; reconstitute only what the protocol consumes.

The published record runs deeper than any product page should. For the primary literature, browse CJC-1295 studies on PubMed. For how every batch we sell is verified, see how we test.

CJC-1295 — common questions.

No. CJC-1295 is supplied strictly for laboratory research. It is not for human or veterinary use, and every order requires agreement to our research-use policy.

Drug Affinity Complex — a maleimide-based linker on the peptide's tail that forms a covalent bond with a cysteine residue on serum albumin. Bound to albumin, the peptide inherits albumin's multi-week circulation instead of a GHRH fragment's minutes.

Same receptor, opposite timescales. Sermorelin is the bare GHRH(1-29) fragment — active but short-lived, ideal for pulse studies. CJC-1295 is that fragment armored and albumin-anchored for sustained exposure. Labs choose by the temporal question their study asks.

The current batch is 98.8% pure by HPLC, tested by an independent US laboratory before sale — along with identity confirmation and endotoxin screening below 0.5 EU/mg. The certificate of analysis is included with every order, and the report for any specific vial is available by emailing its lot number.

CJC-1295 is available in 10mg vials of lyophilized powder. Quantity discounts apply automatically at checkout.

Keep sealed vials frozen at −20 °C and away from light. Once reconstituted, hold the solution at 2–8 °C and use it within the window your laboratory protocol defines.
